**ZEN GUERRILLA** (1989-2003)An influential American rock band formed in the late 1980s in Newark, Delaware, originally called the Gollywogs. They moved to Philadelphia a couple years later, finally landing in San Francisco in 1994. Known for a high-energy, gritty fusion of blues, garage rock, and soul, the group featured vocalist Marcus Durant, guitarist Rich Millman, bassist Carl Horne, and drummer Andy Duvall.
