**Carnal Ghia** (1991-1992)
Carnal Ghia was an alternative rock/post-punk band active in the early 1990s. Emerging from the Delaware Valley, **Carnal Ghia** was often associated shared stages with bands like Unrest, Zen Guerrilla, and Smashing Orange. The band gained recognition for their 1992 self-titled 7" single, recorded in Steve Albini's basement, which captured their raw and influential sound. Though their recorded output was limited, Carnal Ghia played a role in the regional punk and independent music landscape, particularly in Wilmington, DE.
